We are constantly monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and we are actively working to keep those who use our platform healthy and safe.

We offer contactless payment, and service. And all of your invoices and receipts are mailed digitally, completely contact free.

All Mechanics are background checked before their first service

Prior to anyone partnering with Lynxx, they must undergo a multi-step safety screening that includes impaired driving violations, and a detailed criminal record check. In addition, partners and rescreened every year.

There’s insurance to help protect you

Liability Insurance protects the service technician and your vehicle logged on the Lynxx platform. Lynxx maintains Liability Insurance on behalf of the service technician and the consumers vehicle in the case of a covered accident.

You have our support, whenever you need it

Lynxx support is available 24/7, and is handled by a team of trained safety individuals. However, if you’re in immediate danger, you should always contact the authorities first.

Your personal details stay private

We use our technology to help keep your phone number private, so neither mechanics nor consumers will see each other’s information while communicating through our platform. Once the job is completed, our platform protects the consumers information by concealing it in a specific consumer history tab.
