How to use the Lynxx app
Our service is developing technology that connects service technicians and consumers on demand.
Here’s how the app works, step by step:
Step 1.
A consumer opens the platform
The consumer enters the location they would like the service to be conducted at; reviews the services offered, price, and estimated service time; chooses the desired option; then confirms the service.

Step 2.
The consumer is matched with a mechanic
A local service technician sees and chooses to accept the consumers request. The consumer is
automatically notified when the service technician is nearby
Step 3.
The mechanic arrives at the consumers requested location
The consumer and mechanic verify each others names and the location. Then the
mechanic starts to work.
Step 4.
The mechanic completes the job
The mechanic will complete the job in a timely fashion.
Step 5.
The mechanic and consumer leave ratings and reviews
When the job is completed, the consumer and the mechanic can both rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Consumers also have the ability to leave the service technician and
review and leave a tip through the platform.
